Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles pkr598 to close the Account and forfeit any balance held therein.

pkr598 conducts KYC verification on all Accounts. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of the Account lifecycle — including but not limited to: upon registration, before a first withdrawal, when an Account triggers automated risk checks, or when requested by our compliance team.

pkr598 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr598 Account login credentials, including your username and password. pkr598 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in your Account settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Contact pkr598 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

pkr598 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account using your correct login credentials will be treated as activity carried out by you, unless you have previously notified pkr598 of a suspected unauthorised access and pkr598 has confirmed receipt of that notification.

pkr598 will never contact you by any channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to come from pkr598 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Deposits

pkr598 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion fees applied by the Platform:

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. pkr598 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as having originated from an account not registered to you, the deposit will be reversed and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

pkr598 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account and may vary by payment method. pkr598 also reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before crediting large deposits to your Account balance.

Bonuses & Promotions

pkr598 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the point of claiming:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the offer terms expressly permit multiple claims.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from your real-money Balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the offer terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not cleared the Wagering Requirement by the expiry time will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates by game category are published within the Promotions section of the Platform. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a reduced rate, and sports betting contributions vary by market type.
• pkr598 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. If an offer is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed it, the Player's existing bonus will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of claiming.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or employing low-risk betting strategies designed to clear Wagering Requirements with minimal risk (commonly referred to as bonus abuse) will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in Account suspension.

The pkr598 Coins rewards programme operates as an ongoing loyalty scheme. Coins are earned on qualifying bets placed across casino and sports betting and may be redeemed for bonus credits, free spins, and deposit boosts in accordance with the redemption schedule published in the Coins section of the Platform.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. Players who have not submitted and had approved their identity documents will not be able to withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit. pkr598 applies this policy as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

Gaming Rules

Sports Betting

Sports betting on pkr598 — including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and all other available markets — is subject to the following rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. pkr598 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Where a bet has been placed at a clearly erroneous price, pkr598 may void the bet and return the stake to the Player's Balance.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to a brief acceptance delay during which odds may change. pkr598 is not obligated to accept any live bet and may decline acceptance without providing a reason.
• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned, unless the specific market rules state otherwise (for example, certain cricket markets where a minimum number of overs have been bowled).
• pkr598 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any bet or market at its discretion. Bet limits per market are displayed within the betting interface.
• Winnings from settled sports bets are credited to the Player's Balance upon official result confirmation. pkr598 uses officially recognised sources for result verification and is not responsible for delays in official result declarations by governing sports bodies.
• Suspicious or irregular betting patterns — including but not limited to large stakes placed immediately prior to in-play odds movements — may result in bets being held for review before settlement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkr598. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed and any balance held may be subject to forfeiture following investigation:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on pkr598, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or at any subsequent point including KYC verification.
• Using the Platform to facilitate, participate in, or assist with money laundering or any other criminal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted.

• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, or any other strategy whose primary purpose is to extract value from promotional offers rather than to engage in genuine gaming entertainment.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkr598 staff members or other Players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr598 Platform — including but not limited to the pkr598 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of pkr598 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any pkr598 content without express written permission.
• Use the pkr598 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context outside the Platform.

pkr598 shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or pkr598 had been advised of their possibility:

• Loss of data or corruption of data on a Player's device.
• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.

• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, including internet service providers, payment processors, and cloud hosting providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit pkr598's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

pkr598 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkr598 will take reasonable steps to notify affected Players, which may include a notice displayed upon login, an email to the registered Account address, or a prominent announcement on the Platform.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
